Do I need to be home during service?▾
Not at all. We just need gate access. You will receive a text 60 minutes before we arrive and a gate photo confirmation the moment we finish. Most of our clients never see us — that is the whole point.
How does the free first cleanup work?▾
Your first cleanup is complimentary when you enroll in any recurring weekly or bi-weekly service plan. It is applied as a credit on your first monthly bill. This is our way of letting you see the quality of our work before you pay a single dollar for it.
Is there a contract? Can I really cancel anytime?▾
There is no contract whatsoever. You can cancel anytime with 48 hours notice. Because we bill monthly in arrears — meaning at the end of the month for visits already completed — there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. You simply stop service and your billing stops. You will never be charged for a visit that has not happened.
How does billing work exactly?▾
We bill on the 1st of each month for all visits completed the prior month. A card is kept securely on file and charged automatically. You will never pay in advance. If you have four weekly visits in March, your card is charged on April 1st for those four visits. Simple and transparent.
Do you remove the waste from my property entirely?▾
Yes. We do not bag it and leave it in your trash can. All waste is collected and removed off your property and disposed of off-site during every single visit. Your yard and your bins stay completely clean.
How much does pet waste removal cost in Pinellas County?▾
Weekly service starts at $22 per visit for one dog, billed monthly. Two or more dogs are $28 per visit. Bi-weekly service is $27 per visit. One-time deep cleanups start at $75. Your very first recurring cleanup is always free with enrollment in any plan.
